PokéBox is proudly an Australian business based in Melbourne shipping our products form local warehouses.

DISPACTH

The PokéBox team endeavour to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders safer & faster.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

Same Day/Next Day Dispatch Applies to in-stock items only and does not apply to pre-orders.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

For the convenience of our customers, we offer several delivery options to make shopping with us a breeze.

Click & Collect:

We offer a free Click & Collect service for our local Melbourne customers who wish to visit our new store at 96 Kent Road, Pasoce Vale VIC 3044 during our regular business hours

If you would like to use this method of delivery please select "Local Pick-Up" as your delivery method during checkout. We require photo ID and a copy of your order upon collection.

Note: Any order that have been place for Click & Collect that remain uncollected for 14 days from the date of purchase, will be cancelled and refunded (less any applicable fees associated with your transaction such as Afterpay or Zip Pay). You will receive a courtesy reminder after 7 days via email in regards to your order.

Standard Delivery Domestic:

Postage Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 2-7 Business Days
Cost: $10 flat rate nation-wide, fully tracked

Express Delivery Domestic:

Postage Partners: Australia Post
Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 Business Days
Cost: $15 flat rate nation-wide, fully tracked

There is no additional coverage taken out on shipments. If you would like additional coverage please get in contact with us and we can estimate it for you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally due to circumstances outside PokéBox control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International shipping is shipped through Australia Post please allow 2-4 weeks for Delivery 

DHL Express International shipping has a 2-5 day expected delivery time.

All duties and fees charged by the customers country of residence are paid buy the customer and are the customers responsibility to check and calculate these and are not included in the international shipping fee.
